Bill Wallace was given the ok to remake three Tom Blake Longboards, this is one of them.
This replica was made in 2011 from original Tom Blake plans from the late 1930’s.
Tom is renowned as one of the most influential surfers in history and a key figure in transforming surfing from a regional Hawaiian specialty to an internationally popular sport. He is a key figure in the invention of the long board and was the first person to put a fin on long boards.
Bill has even sourced an original logo for the tail of the board
