WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
In the very unlikely event that a wrong item is received, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us by phone or email ASAP so we can fix the problem.
DAMAGED ITEMS – please read carefully
We package every item with extreme care due to the fragile nature of our products. We also typically use trusted courier services who we have good working relationships with.
We are not responsible for damages of any kind after packages leave our premesis. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged item, we would like to assist you in making a claim – please continue reading below.
If your package (unopened) arrives damaged, please take photographs of said damage before opening. Then carefully open. If the item inside is damaged as a direct result of damage to packaging, please take further photographs of damaged item. Please send us the photographs requested for our records, and we will provide you with information on our chosen courier to help you make your claim. The photographs described should be useful in a claim you make against the courier in question.
RETURNING ITEMS FOR REFUND
Should a refund be agreed, please repackage any items with care and send back to us via a courier to be agreed with ourselves.
Once we have received returned items, we will refund you for your purchase including all shipping costs (provided these have all been agreed).
If your returned items arrive to us damaged due to poor packaging (e.g. no bubble wrap), we will be unable to process your return and your items will be sent back to you.
